Layout region resizes itself....

Hey there,

I haven't posted for a while, since I got version 10 and got my site up and
running. I wanted to do some updates, but now, after installing the 2nd
update, all of my 'layout regions' are much bigger in page preview mode and
when I publish to my computer.

Anyone know why or what I should check?

Okay, some further clarification. It seems to be the fault of the Flash
Navigation bar flyout. For some reason, it seems to not want to stay in the
same place and something keeps pushing it down in page preview mode. If I
switch to "Fixed Page Layout," it seems to be alright, but not in Dynamic
Page Layout. Does anyone know why? Is it alright to stay in Fixed Page
Layout for the layout region or will this have potential problems for
viewers of my site?
