    Default Error 602

[Error 602] XML errors. Could not match SecureSite components by database
path '../xxxxxx/yyyyyy/users.csv'. This may be a publishing problem. If
republishing does not solve the problem, ask for support including this
    information.

Just keep getting above error when I try and logon to the secure section of
my Web site. It was working perfectly and I'm not aware of having changed
    anything.

I republished the whole site but it made no difference.

Any ideas? What does it mean?

    Jeff

P.S. I altered to real path directories to x's and y's but rest of message
    unaltered.

My 602 error was caused by me not publishing all the secure site components.
As I was pre-registering all members no public sign up option was required
so I did not publish the sign up component.
I changed it so I published a page containing the signup component but
    excluded the page from navigation.
Not sure if this helps, but it fixed my 602 problem.

    Hi,

    Netobjects Fusion 9 and 11

This has baffled me for hours as I had this working fine in Netobjects V9.0 but could'nt get it to work in V11.

To fix the problem you must include the sign up module as this defines what fields will be written to the users.csv file, without this module it will not work.

You must also ensure the path is correct to the users.csv file

    Regards,

    Paul

I fought with this for hours, too. Finally got it to work by (1) adding the signup module and (2) copying the file path from each ss module and pasting it into all the others, thus making sure they were the same (although they showed the same values both before and after). After doing this, the site worked fine. Not sure which one or both fixed it, though.
