Can you also save a workspace manually, naming it with a name you can remember,
and leave Fusion running, and search for that file.

You should come up with a location different to the Recent folder.

That is what I also need from you.

    Thanks

Sorry Chris I forgot to attach. It is attached now. Better late, than
    never...

When i save a workspace, it looks that nof saves in netobjects10/netobects
system/profiles/chris/layout, but actually it is saved in C:\Documents and
Settings\Chris\Recent. When i try to load a workspace, the "view/workspace"
pull down menu has "advanced" and "basic" workspaces listed (not the one
I've just saved) and when I choose one of them I get the message "basic or
    advanced.xml has not found".

    Hi Chris

a temporary solution would be to copy the advaced/basic xml files into that
folder (Docs&Settings\..\Recent). That should sort out the Workspace problem.
But it seems as though somehow you have altered the working folder.

Before doing that however, could you browse using Windows Explorer to the
installed location (where you find Fusion.exe) and double click Fusion.exe
and see if you get the same issue?

It maybe that the shortcut in Windows is not correct, and is causing this
    problem.

    Chris

Vali Pop: that should for workspace problem from what i can tell
Vali Pop: but it may be a greater issue though, cause it seems that the nof
    profile directory is somehow altered
    Vali Pop: btw
Vali Pop: could you ask the user if somehow he made a shortcut to fusion
in "..\Docs&Settings\..." and forgot to set the "Working folder" to Fusion
    folder
Vali Pop: let him browse Fusion's folder, and run it manually from there,
    see if that still happens
