Delete the contents of your preview and local publish folders and try again
after going to site view and optimizing your site.

Somewhat bizzarely, I've just hit the same problem; tried your fix
Nancy, now it can't copy the file '...\fusion6.css' instead of
    '...\fusion5.css'. Go figure!

Not sure if it's related, but I've just installed Update 4. I'm getting
a little concerned that there're issues, so think I might be rolling back.

Think I've figured something; the files in the 'Preview' directory are
    called 'styleX.css' (style1.css, style6.css etc.). Wonder if it's just a
bog-up in the update? Josh, have you installed Update 4, or is this just
    a horrible coincidence?

    Ok,

So after realizing I was the only one not having this problem, and Update 4
was the common component, I rolled back to Update 3. Everything is FINE!
Thank God... If you're having this problem, roll back to update 3.

    Hi Josh

Can you make a template of your site, and email it to me to get it checked
    by the technicians.

OK, so U4 has a problem - either that or U3 missed something before :-).

I haven't managed to nail it down yet, but I have one site that's just
fine, t'other has problems. I think it's down to a couple of pages,
where I've got quite a bit of customisation (inserted HTML, scripts, RSS
component, custom CSS...). Hope I'll get some time over the weekend to
build a test case, maybe get a template to WSP.
