Default exchange rate US$ / Euro

1 US$ = 1 Euro????? I will no longer buy any NOF products at this
    exchange rate.

I have also noted that you can't pay in us $ put have to use the Euro
Price, and £ Price which bears no resemblance to any exchange rate just more
    profit

I posted on this when NoF 10 was released. I live in New Zealand, but
digital river wanted me to buy in Australian Dollars, not $US. Their
exchange rate was ridiculous, almost a 20% premium.

I used an IP masker and bought in $US.

Maybe that will work for you too.
