Default "fly out" menu and Fire Fox

    Hello group,

Regards my previous post about "fly out" menus not working when running Fire
fox at: www.affiliatecommandcenter.com/sculptor_3.html I.E. Just roll over
white submenu to the left, under "Products To Promote" to test.

I had NO support check it out and they say it is working okay for them, they
even sent me a screen capture.

So, would a couple of the group mind checking out
www.affiliatecommandcenter.com/sculptor_3.html in Fire fox and let me know
if the "fly out" menus are working for you.

So, just go over to URL above and mouse over the white submenu under
    "Products To Promote"..

Thanks for your time, this is most appreciated.

    Regards
    Jeff

Same version of FF - works perfectly - although the menus aren't quite white
(slightly greenish) - the flyouts are white though.

Thanks for FF confirm, I guess I have something wrong with my FF.

Also, NetObjects is using the same graphic to create both fly out and
submenu, so strange you are getting a green cast.

Can you check in IE ?

    Regards
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff -

Green was wrong. Too long in front of the computer!

IE is white, as expected (IE). In FF, if I hover over a button, it turns
bluish (pale) & stays that way. Not awful or anything like that - just
    different than IE.

See the attached (FF) where I moved the mouse over the first 2 buttons.

I think we all know how that can happen.

Yes, that is how it is meant to work/look.

    > See the attached (FF) where I moved the mouse over the first 2 buttons.

Yes, I noticed that in FF. I thinks its a re-draw thing, It just sort of
gets stuck. Not sure if there is a solution to it :-(

And, still not sure why I can't get fly out to work in FF... but as long as
it works for everyone else I can live with it.

Thanks for your help Garret, and Bert, most appreciated.

    Regards
    Jeff

    Hi Jeff-

One thing with FF is that it's cache is pretty "sticky". Go to another site
(not anywhere on yours), empty your cache, close & restart FF & then go to
    your site.

    Maybe that'll help...

That worked... I feel like such a drip :-(

I was doing a Ctrl Re-Load Current Page, but the Clear Cache fixed it.

Thanks, now I can move ahead.

Still one other issue though. In FF It does not reset the default button
    state after the mose over.

That is, if I mouse over the whole list of Sculptor 3 products, the button
goes light blue, but it does not return to default state of white.

    Strange...

    Regards
    Jeff

Confirmed. But move the mouse to the right, over the flyout, and them back
again, and move down the list. Then it proceeds to uncolour them again.
Looks like a bug in FF to me.

It works fine in IE, Opera and Safari.

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for confirmation.

In FF, once I mouse over I have to reload the page to get the button state
back to the normal default state, or select one of the fly out options.

Yes, I would say its a bug.

    Thanks Steve/everyone for feedback.

    Most appreciated.
