Default I think I'm in big trouble here

A friend has fallen out with his webmaster and asked me if I could re-do his
website, then host it. I think I'm fairly good at NOF for straightforward
stuff, but this site is a rental house site, and has individual calendars
for each house, which the owners of the houses can update themselves. They
can also insert pictures and text for their property. I haven't a clue how
to do this or if it's even possible with NOF 10. HELP! I'm willing to learn
if someone could just give me a simple briefing on where to start.

You'll need to provide your friend with a real CMS (content management
system). Word Press is often used for things like this.

    WordPress Property Theme (template)

    WordPress Real Estate Theme (template)

    Google Calendar and WordPress Integration

Couldn't I use this Npower programme? It sounds like the ideal thing to
allow clients to access parts of their sites, but I haven't yet looked into
    it?
