No.... that's totally outside the concept of how a code generator works.
Previous editions of published pages are overwritten.

What, for example, would you want to edit after publishing that you would
want to remain unchanged upon republishing?

Is the memory leak bug fixed? This has been bugging me since version 8.
Every time you change page there is a memory leak. Spend too long on NOF and
your machine grinds to a halt. I keep expecting it to be fixed every time I
get a new version and it never is.

Yes this is very wrong. Why are we being over charged for the same product.

I sometimes am out of town or away from my main system and have to do an
    update.
    Let me ask another question:
I have sites that have been migrated from the first verion all he way to 10.
All table based. I understand it is not best to covert those to 11 since
there is the option now to produce CSS based layouts that do not use tables.
Is this a true statement or can you still save the old site to a template
and then open it in the new version and the layout will be retained?
Also can you still use some of the coolmap apps with 11?
    Sorry for all the questions

The netobjects shop server checks your IP address to figure your
geography. Then presents prices accordingly. Presumably the exchange
rate is set rather than based on the current going rate. Hence the
(currnet) rather nasty 30 quid difference for the upgrade.

Now, I for one don't mind paying a little over the odds to cover things
like P&P / credit card company shenanigans. Except that for ESD, there
ain't really any. This man's gruntle is definitely dis'd.

Apart from that, if 11 really is as significant as it looks, it's good
value for money - guess I'll crack at some point :-)

Just checked my part of the world. Instead of 109.95 Dollar, i have to pay
    109.95 Euros.
    When I calculate it, $109.95 = ?64.46. ?109.95 = $161,02

    And another customer gone....

Just because there's an option for XHTML doesn't mean you shouldn't import
    table-based sites into 11.

Far from it.... that's what you'd do if you wanted to convert them to XHTML.
They'll come in using whatever publish option they currently have.

Then you can take it from there.

I don't know of any new issues with Coolmaps components. Ones that worked in
10 should work in 11, as far as I've seen in limited testing.

If you publish XHTML, you may need to place the component placeholder inside
something (like a Layout Region) that's set to publish dynamic.

Emphasis on the "may need to". Not definitely.

I've been playing with NOF 11 for most of today, and on my low-spec machine
it seems faster at everything than 10.
To remark on an earlier post, I've imported a couple of 10-20 page ver 9
table based sites, which converted nicely to xhtml on a local publish. Early
days yet, but it's not crashed, stalled, coughed or spluttered once.......

As for the CoolMaps portion of your question, I've tested quite a few from
the GoldMine package. As Chuck said, if they worked with NOF9/10, they
should work with NOF11. All I needed to do was copy the coolmaps component
folder from NOF10 over to NOF11.
