tool bars stuck and not functioning!

has this happened to anyone before? the whole program is now obsolete. it
happened over a week ago, and tech support has vanished.....
this is on my vista laptop, using nof 10.

If it is a flash NavBar, you probably let microsoft protect you in one of their
updates. You have to go into the flash pages that open and allow the part of
your hard drive, then write exceptions for any spyware and cleaning tools that
don't wipe out your changes each time you run it.
