Default Creating websites in Jpgand pasting in NOF

    All:
I have a friend that created a couple of website for me and what he did is
that he created the whole page in some graphic design software with flash
and it looks great and then he paste it into NOF 10. Everything looks great
and all the links and flashes works.

    My question:
Is this site going to be html friendly?
Is the web crawler able to go through it and see all the meta tags and
    keywords?
He is a great graphic designer and not too familiar with NOF so he creates
it in jpg and just past it on NOF.
Is this an ok way to build websites?

Thanks for any response. I need to know because I have a few sites that I
want him to work on but dont want to have to redo the websites.

Look at the site in your browser and hit View > Page Source or Source to see
the underlying code. My guess is that if the page is one big jpg, SEs won't
see anything. They absolutely don't read Flash menus. Besides having text
based content, it's very important to have text based links on your pages
    for SE spiders to crawl.
