NOF10 Upgrade 4 - Good Install?

I feel I'm becoming a pest, but I'm still not confident I have a good
installation. I feel the home page of NOF10 looks "washed out". Please
take a look at the attached screen shot and let me know if it is comparable
to a known good install. I compressed the file somewhat but didn't want to
lose too much.
