Default Trying to re-install after a hard drive crash.

Could someone please advise how I might get the serial number to install my upgrade for NOF 10 from 9? OTHER THAN the NOF help line, who are about as slow as a dead camel. I've had yet another hard drive crash with my DELL laptop and I can't get my websites to open with the reinstalled NOF 9. I keep getting a notice saying I should install the latest version. I notice they have telephone numbers galor to buy the stuff, but not for helping existing customers. I'm coming to the end of my tether with this company.

the SN to the program are stored in the registry.

If you can still boot the OS you can do a regedit (start > run> enter
regedit) and you will find them under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTARE >
    NetObjects.

BE CAREFUL IN THE REGISTRY if you do not know what you are doing.....

If you cannot boot and you did not write them down someplace where you can
    find them,...... you are toast.....

Having lost 1 software SN about 15 years ago I now make backups on my NAS
and my outboard USB raid drives. I also burn all software to CD and use a
sharpie marker to write the key/SN on the disk.

I haven't lost a SN/key since that first (and only) one.

    As an afterthought.....

IF.... you purchased as a digital download, you "may" be able to contact
the selling agent and ask them to resend your download and purchase info.
