I have exactly the same problem too. Does anyone have solution to this
    problem, please.

The upgrade download is a single file called Fusion_UPG_9_EN.exe. This
extracts and commences installation but thereisn't a "disk 1" and nowhere
are the files that it asks for! So it is not possible to make the upgrade.

Extract the setup files into a folder you create. Run setup from there.

You're probably running into a conflict with other files in your temp
    folder.

Thank you very much - yes, when I used an extraction program (wizip) and
then ran the set-up program it did install OK. Perhaps it would be better to
distribute the upgrade as a zip file rather than an exe as several people
seem to have had the problem of the exe starting to run Ok and then
    stalling.

    Regards

    Nick
