Re: New in 9
Thank goodness,
No more having to tabindex= inside the tags
this time saver is very welcome
I just noticed you can also apply custom CSS
to form elements as well along with millions of
color choices, very very cool.
If you do a lot of form designing, the new feature set for forms
alone is jam packed. I have waited so long to get these
features and finally they are here.

New in 9
Did you know.....
The lower pane in the Object HTML window (like for your Layout) is now
resizable vertically!
No more only being able to see a few lines of code if you insert html or
other code.

For us asp, php and cf coders, you can now code
single line form field text values without having to
extend the max length of the field.
I am in Love with this one :-) so far I have not seen
a limit on the amount of lines you can insert.

Absolutely. Being able to insert code into the field that's longer than the
maxlength of the fields is awesome.
So is the new ability to set tab order on a form. All you have to do is
select form input field, right click and select Set Tab Order.
A grid window pops open and you can tweak the tab indexes for the form right
there.

Re: New in 9
Awesome. To continue from a thread you started earlier, Chuck, "but if
you try sometime, you just might find, you get what you need." Can't
wait to download 9 when I get home from work.

Re: New in 9
Too bad so many haven't got a clue what tab order is (or can't be
bothered...).
It's sometimes painful to tab through controls in the order they were
inserted (and that's not only on web-pages). I guess some of that may stem
from users/developers brought up using a GUI - and the mouse to navigate -
and don't really know what the keyboard is for...
Let's hope NOF-users have more respect for their users and remember to
correct the tab order when needed.
Cheers,
Thorarinn
