AllWebMenus (available from BeyondFusion) is over $50, but you get a free
Fusion component that makes it easier than menu programs where you have to
    add the code manually.

You can download the AWM demo and see if you like it. To use the menus, you
    buy an unlock code.

    The publishers site is www.likno.com.

Order from BF and save a buck.

    Default Suggested Navigation Bar Software

I am looking for menu making software that works well in NOF version 9. I
would like to pay less than $50 for a license to make menus for an unlimited
amount of websites. I would like to make very simple menus of just text and
also flashy menus --either html, java or flash. Oh, and if you cannot tell
    I am a beginner.

I will put my 2 cents in for Milonic at Milonic.com where you can use it for
any software. It is easy to use and can do most anything. Great support
    and tips on the website.
