Received my very expensive NOF9 user guide this morning (15th March). The
cardboard package was open at one end. When I took the book out it has a bad
dent on one corner (like it had slid out of the box onto the floor). Also the
edges of the first few pages are dented. I know this is not much damage,
however considering the price I paid and the fact that I am a university
student so I look after all my reference books it is not in the condition that
    I was expecting.

Why don't`Websitepros allow the user guide to be distributed by a UK company??

It would probably cost less in paper and ink to print it from the pdf than
    to buy it.

    Hi Ted,
I did that, and I tried all their delivery options. All it said was" No Result
    Found for your Query"

    Thanks Mike,
I have been doing that, however I find I prefer to look at a book rather than
    reading it onscreen.
    Thanks anyway.

If you wish to read the users guide before the printed version arrives you
can click on the link in the program to see the PDF version that is on your
computer or use windows explorer (see attached gif)

    Default NOF9 User Guide

    Hi,
Despite the high price of the NOF9 user guide I bought one online direct from
Websitepros online shop. I purchased it on the 1st March 2006 and received a
despatch e-mail from them on the 6th March. They said it would be about 2 to 8
days. Today is the 8th day and as yet I have not received my expensive book.
They did send me a tracking link from DHL which looks good. But it is all in
    German, so useless to me.
I am afraid I don`t think much of their service.
