    Dammit guys

This update now has made fixed page layouts only allow white background.
I cannot change the background color in my layout.

    Hi all

    thankyou for the replies.
apparently I tried it on other pages incase it was the gallery code that was
    causing the problems.
I found that if you make a fixed page layout web page, changing the color of
the background page wont work. Even the code you gave me doesnt work. Maybe
    I'm doing something wrong...I apologise.
Heres the page I am talking about.
    http://www.graphicsaustralia.com.au/portfolio_0.html

It used to have a black background.

    Regards
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

I would say that the latest update is quite stable and is trouble free,
however, I can duplicate this and it may be a bug, I will check further.

    Just a couple of questions

Are all of your background colours for all pages different? I see that if
the background colour or image is set as site wide in styles that it is OK.

Why are you using fixed page? What look are you trying to achieve by using
fixed page layout? If you look at the forums you will see that the consesis
is that you should not use fixed page for a whole page. You can use fixed
page in layout regions on the page to achieve what you are wanting.

A work-around that you can use is to under the "inside body tag" in the page
html you can put the tag bgcolor=red. this is a temporary solution that
    will work.

There is no way of un-installing the update once you install it, you would
have to uninstall NOF and re-install it.

    Gary
