Thanks Anton, that works fine. I assume what you gave me is basic CSS "101".
Can I apply the same principle to any object that will accept text styling?

go to manage text styles, and create 3 new site wide styles and set a color
for each, but leave everything else on automatic and do not set a size, size
    box must be blank

    two:linked

    two:visited

    two:hover

now, select any text that you wish to link, link it and then click the html
button, inside tab and type class="two"

    that's all

    Default Link Styles

I have a text box with a set of links in it. I want these links to have
different "linked" and "hover" colors from the rest of the links on the
page. I understand the span hierarchy from style to site to page... I'm
wondering if there is any way to go one step further and differentiate link
style within a specific container such as a text box. Just creating a new
text style and applying it, doesn't work.

    Default Not workingh for me

    Hi

I have had the same problem and followed the steps given here, however the link still picks up the formatting from the main site links i.e. white text goes red on hover, when i have specified blue text turning red on hover in the settings for class 'two'.

I would appreciate any advice on where I may have gone wrong.

    Thank you
