Yes, it does look good. I just didn't find the documentation clear cut.
Maybe I'm overthinking it? I ended up using nPower and so far so good. Only
one crash and MasterBorder mess up. I just don't want problems down the
line. TinyMCE just looks like a simple solution to add for a page or two of
a clients site. It operates like a word processing program which should be
easy enough for the non techies.

Still, anyone actually implement TinyMCE on a Fusion site? Please share...

    Thanks,
    Mike D.

Wow looks great, Im going to have to look into that.

Id say you would just have to add the "2 lines of code" where you want the
    client editable area.

Thanks, I found that one last night and it works pretty well. I was
wondering has anyone tried TinyMCE? It looks pretty good but I'm unsure how
    to integrate it with Fusion.

    Thanks again,
    Mike D.

    Default Client Editable area

    Hello,

Been awhile since I've posted in here but I'm having a dilema. In the past I
have used a php script pasted on a webpage created in Fusion that would
allow my clients to edit an area on the page it was installed. I can't for
the life of me remember what I used and here I am in need of that little
    program again.

I've tried a few free ones in the past that worked well for basic edits and
used a word processor type engine. The client could add a picture and do
basic things a word processor program does. Now I can't find any of the ones
I've used. I don't want to go the nPower route as what I used in the past
    worked fine....

So, anyone want to chime in with some recommendations? I would really,
    really appreciate it.

    Thanks all,
    Mike D.

    Default Client Editible Region

All I want to do is place a region on one page of my clients site so he can update specials. I am so confused reading about databases and xml. Is it REALLY this difficult? Does anyone have a simple, step, by step system? Or maybe a link to video instruction?

Whoa.....I definitely wouldn't recommend nPower. I used it for a couple of years with several client sites. The clients hated it and screwed up every page of every site. Over-weight product when you consider the alternatives. I now use Surreal for all client sites. Easy to set up with one simple class="editable" addition to any text area, excellent support (for the paid version) but the free version is just as good.

Wouldn't it be great if there was only a single browser to worry about!!!
