can you go to asset view, data objects, what do you see other than sample?

are there any unused stacked pages hanging of a page somewhere?

On Assets view, data objects I see the items listed with e-commerce catalog
after them, a couple of items listed with photo gallery after them, and one
listed as sample with data object after it.

I'm not sure what you mean by the 2nd part of the question.

maybe you added a cart and deleted it but left the stacked pages behind,
example attached, if so, delete them in site view

also, delete any unused data objects in asset view, data objects

    don't delete the sample object

delete all stacked pages that are not in use

then go to asset view and delete all unused assets

    then close Nof and reopen

then try adding a shopping cart

I found 1 stacked page that I deleted. Re-started NOF and tried to add an
item and this time it brings up the catalog page to name the catalog, but
goes no further and does not even leave an empty box on the page as it did
    before.

Deleted 2 unused data objects, however did not delete the 'sample', should I
    delete that as well?

Also, I do not use the stacked paged (see attached under purses) can I
    delete all these pages?

    Anton,
Sorry for the delay in replying, I had my 1st physical therapy session after
my surgery and it took a lot out of me.

Tried all the below and still can not add cart. Does the same as last
time, this time not even leaving the blank box on the page as it did before.

    Hello Shyanne,

Would it be possible to send a template to support as well? I have created
a case for you and have sent a message. Please look for this message and
    reply to it.

    Hi Adam

I will upload the template to my server and give you a link, Shyanne had
trouble sending because of its size and she had to break it up into smaller
    pieces, I assembled it again
