save your site as a new name, then go to site view, tools, reoptimize, then
see if you can add a cart

if not, go back to the original site and come back for more

I had this problem a few months ago. Tried everything. Ended up sending
the template to NOF support. They never did tell me what the problem
was... I ended up rebuilding the site.

By the way it was the hairclips page under jewelry that things went haywire
on. I have since deleted the original page and made the new one using the
catalogs that were already there, since I could not add a new one for the
last clip and had to double up the item as 2 choices. I can edit all
existing cart items, just not add any new ones.

Yes Anton I can add a shop to both old NOF9 sites and new ones. It is just

The only thing it does is what is shown in the attachment. No screen
flashes nothing, it just places an outline on the page that can not be
edited or configured. It brings up the box you initially get when adding a
new catalog, I put in a name for the catalog, and it just reverts back to
the web page without going through the process of letting me add a
    description, price, options etc.
