Within Fusion the space between the bottom of the text in the centre and the
page links at the bottom is 1/2"

On the browser it is six inches

That is what I can't understand

In NOF, try using Ctrl+Shift+L (shrink layout to min size) and remove any
empty text boxes or other artifacts that may be hiding in your page layout
area. Basically, you want the end of your layout to appear right above your
Lower Master Border Navigation.
