Joel,
Sure you don't mean "has no headings"?
You have no H tags on your page.
SE's expect a heading on a page, not just paragraph text.
Not a major issue.
<h1>, <h2>, etc.

Not a major issue... do you mean you don't think it helps with search
engines... ?
If it is important, can I make these changes with keeping my text look just
as I have done it already ?

It's down the SEO list a ways. (-;
But yes, you can replace appropriate paragraph text with a heading without
changing its size.
Use an appropriate heading size and set up appropriately in your site style.
