Default NOF 9 and Firefox - form issue?

Set up a website at mikegoulian.com which has a form on the Contact page and
an email sign up box on every page - none of them work in Firefox. Can't
even get any cursor action in the box. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
    Thanks!

    Amy,

Mighty be because of some code added to the pages.

Why do you have "</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>" as the first and last lines of
your pages? Fusion wouldn't have put it there.

IE can be pretty forgivng of that sort of thing. FF isn't.
