Default Password Protect a single page

I set up a real simple 2-page form in NOF.

I want someone to have to put in a password before the initial page loads.
It doesnt have to be amazingly secure, just to stop stupidity. Does anyone
know of anything simple I can do? It can be the same pasword for all use

    Thanks!

Put the form pages in their own directory. Use htaccess to password protect
the directory. (Google htaccess for info)
