Re: What goes in SMTP section when creating Forms
Hello Shannell,
You would need to come out of the scripts directory in your path to the db.
I assume your db folder is located on the same directory level as /sawaste,
you would want to have something like the following:
.../db/test.csv
Try the above and let us know the results.

What goes in SMTP section when creating Forms
Ive got a form working, ie the info gets emailed to the recipient. But Im
getting a 500 error after hitting submit... looks like thats an SMTP error.
By default I think it was 127.0.0.1, but the email still got through, Ive
changed it around a couple of times but Im not really sure whats required
there? Even if I can just bypass this error and get the user sent to the
success page?
I have php and cgi enabled in plesk, but Im guessing theres something else
in the hosting somewhere that I need to do?

Re: What goes in SMTP section when creating Forms
Hello Shannell,
Actually the 500 error means that the db folder has not been created. You
must create the db folder manually on the server in version 9 and provide
the correct permissions.

Re: What goes in SMTP section when creating Forms
Well Im still having the same problem, no matter what I do to the db field.
I tried several variations like /public_html/sawaste/db/
/sawaste/db/
I have the db folder on 777
Can someone take a look at the source for me?
http://artistrywebdesign.com.au/sawaste/
Or I can attach a template.
Thanks this has been so frustrating..

Re: What goes in SMTP section when creating Forms
Well I gave up and hacked the last line of the .php file, thats where it was
diplaying the error, now reads
//Commenting the following 2 lines will lead to NOT displaying errors and
NOT stop the redirect process
echo "<META HTTP-EQUIV=Refresh CONTENT=\"0;
URL=".$parameters['successUrl']."\">";
}
Works perfectly!
Very ugly hack but its working...
(I did try comenting out the lines but got a 404, I have since added http://
to the success URL so that might have been the error there but I cant be
bother going back and trying that)
