Fusion 11 allows you to select which JRE (Java Runtime Environment) Fusion
will use.

If you're using Vista's Aero desktop environment, go to Application Settings
in Fusion 11 and switch to JRE 1.6 (if you have it installed from Sun) and
the resetting of Windows back to the Basic color scheme will stop.

After switching from the bundled JRE 1.4, you'll need to restart Fusion 11
for the change to take efffect.
