    Default Multiple downloads

    I have pictures stored on my server and the paths are referenced in my
    database. I have been asked to allow my users to download all photographs in
    a category to store them locally before they delete that category so that
    they can start again. This is a school and at the end of the year they would
    like to save all the photographs for say Primary 7. then delete them from
    the server so that they do not get mixed with the new primary 7.
    Is there a way to download multiple files using PHP or am I asking too much?

    Alex,

    Of course it can be done.

    Designing a user interface to suit your purposes is the interesting part.

    Here's a site with a variety of scripts for file handling. Most are probably
    overkill for what you need.

    Some free, some inexpensive.

    May give you some ideas. (-;
