where can I get a ser-no for the coverdisk release of NOF9 please?
I tried the online page but it only has V10 and 11 on it and they don't
work on win98.
Is there a ser no. available for V9 still please?

Clearly support isnt a big issue. I guess I'll have to buy something
other than NOF.

You are NOT going to find any new software made by ANYBODY that will run on
an operating system that is over a decade old (none).
Your only hope (other than upgrading your OS to something more modern) is to
find a used copy of an old piece of software.
eBay would be your best bet for finding obsolete software
