Default cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet

Anyone have their local site styles unaccessible? I have this message for
local site styles, and can't seem to locate where I can put them to make
them visible again. I keep copying & pasting them to different folders, but
NOF 9 still can't seem to display nor find them. Error message:
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the eror and
then click the refresh button, or try again later.
The system cannot locate the resource specified.

What's the structure of the files, so I can put my local style folders where
NOF 9 can find them? Thanks!

Are you using a McAfee anti-virus product?

Some users have reported problems with it quarantining files used in Fusion styles. A false positive.
