Embed a video player into web page

I am uploading videos to 4shared for storage. I want to be able to play them within a web page. How can I do that using media player. I can not direct the asset to an outside source?

I downloaded wimpy player but there has to be a better way.

The most straightforward way to add video is with copy & paste.

1) Place a text box on your page the same size or a tad larger than your video player and click inside it as if you were going to type something.
2) Hit Ctrl+T to invoke an HTML insertion window.
3) Paste your player and video embed code into the box.
