You can forget the whole lot about the directory.
Like I said before, just make a slash in there and that´s it.
Look here in the bplaced wiki. It´s in German, but easy to understand.

    And this works, believe me.

Hi All, thanks for the reply and support as usual.
Just the \ slash on its own worked perfectly.

    Regards, J

    Bingo
Well, I can have a look now.
Can I recommend something, -off topic - I would prefer the site without frames.

    Hi Mia,

Thanks for the feedback, its all appreciated.
In all fairness now that ive been able to 'publish' the site, its the first time i have viewed it on other pc's / screens etc as so far its all been done on my laptop, so now i can start to review the look and feel of it all.

With regards to your droppin frames comment, do you mean drop the margins? im not 100% what you mean?
I have also posted a new thread regarding zooming in and out and how the margins appear to spread outwards as they are stuck to the left and right hand side of the screen?
I would preffer it all to be centralised in the middle of the browser, then all scale up / down together? This is how most of the sites i look at appear to work?

    Regards, J

You are using frames in your website.
And frames have the tendency to stick to the ouside of the screen.
Disable the frames and everything will be alright.
Look in the Masterborder properties > Automatic Frames.
Maybe gotfusion can post a screenshot for you.
I can´t find one at the moment.

    Regards,
    Mia

    Hi Mai, thanks again.

I think ive switched the frames off now (i have clicked the 4 auto frame icons to off), but am i right in saying this creates one big border around the layout zone?

Also, how do i now get a scrollable (vertically) layout zone (when the content is deeper than the page) but with the border remaining static (not scrolling)?

    Regards, J

Ps im only doing changes locally at the moment

I open a large site that will host videos, movies and TV series. I need a server that will be able to host a lot of different video files. But with the ability to scale to expand the server later.

You can also use regular HDD storage to store video files. In the future, you would be better off ordering a colocation server. But for now, this is not necessary. You can book a Dedicated Server in Europe https://www.hostzealot.com/servers/d...rver-in-europe from this hosting provider. The cost of servers is not very high. Also, do not forget that the server must have a lot of RAM so that customers do not have problems with using your website.
