Default Publish Site - Base Directory Does not exist

FTP - Trying to upload my changes - Error message: "Base directory - 'directory' does not exist. Would you like to create it? YES - then I get "Unable to create base directory"

Checked my host and there are definately directories - checked Publish Settings - Test - and got "connection to host successful" and Ideas? -

What version of Fusion are you using?

Have you tried to toggle passive mode on/off in publish view?

Can you connect to your domain and upload with firezilla? http://filezilla-project.org/

If you can't then it is an issue with your web host.

Check with your host to see where you're supposed to put your site files.

Sounds like you're trying to use a path where you don't have permissions to write/create directories.

The test shows you're able to connect... not that you can create a directory where you're trying to.

I also had a similar issue with my site https://gbroid.net/ and when I contact with my hosting provider they got solved this issue because this issue I am having at the end of my hosting company.
