Default Can't Run NOF11 Update file

I am reinstalling on a different computer. I have installed NOF10 and I
have an 11 upgrade file. In fact, I reactivated my download from NOF and
just downloaded the file again today.

When I click on the .exe file, it gives me a Run dialog box, but when I
click on Run, the cursor gets an hourglass cursor for about 3-4 seconds
and then just goes away. Nothing starts or anything. When I start Task
Manager, it shows several NOF11 processes running, but nothing is
happening. I have tried this on two separate computers and redownloaded
    the file twice.

HELP! I have sites I need to update and create.

    Anybody have a clue??

    Thanks,
    David

Try redownloading the file, it sounds like it might not be totally complete. What size is the file? Kill off all the processes and make sure NetObjects is not running at all prior to install.
If you are on Vista/Windows 7, are you running as Administrator? If not there are several posts and a sticky on this subject in this forum.

Thanks for the feedback, but as you can see from my post, I have
downloaded the file several times. The file size is the same as my
original downloaded update file. I have stopped all processes and tried
running it as the first thing that happens on two different computers
    just after restarting them.

Also, all computers are WinXP Pro SP3.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,
    David

Only other suggestion is perhaps an antivirus program blocking it for some reason. Can you suspend your AV program whilst installing or restart in Safe Mode and install.

Andrew, I think that was the ticket. Didn't think of it.
It is now installing. THANK YOU so much!
