Try using ftp.DomanName.com (omit :// and replace with ftp dot)

If that fails, ask your host what the IP address of your server is and use that.

If you can connect with a 3rd party FTP program you can publish locally and use your FTP software to upload your pages.

This tutorial will explain where Fusion stores its files:

NetObjects Fusion web Hosting and support + ASP + PHP + ColdFusion + MySQL + MS SQL

Thank you for the quick reply, I have been struggling for a few days.
This got me connected to Godaddy & files appeared to upload.
    I got this error:
the filec:\"etc"\assets\rollover.js could not be opened. Please check that the file exists as named.

    Have I damaged a file?

Thank you again, I appreciate your help.

Does the error appear during file upload or during page generation?

You should clean up the Fusion generated files and do a full site publish

You have not uploaded any content to that domain http://www.springhollowgifts.com/

Have you gone over godaddy's ftp help pages? http://help.godaddy.com/article/96

From reading their help pages you "may" need to use www.domain.com not ftp.domain.com

I have followed godaddy's ftp instructions & help page suggestions.
My NetOpjects's pages show up in my files on godaddy.
My site produces the error you see.

    some information specific to godaddy:

The order of precedence for our Windows shared hosting accounts is as follows (top is the highest priority):

    default.asp
    default.html
    default.htm
    default.aspx
    default.php
    default.shtml
    default.shtm
    index.html
    index.htm
    index.asp
    index.php
    index.shtml
    index.shtm
    home.html
    home.htm
    home.shtml
    home.shtm
    welcome.html
    welcome.asp

These are your general FTP settings:

    FTP User Name
This is the user name for your hosting account.
    FTP Password
This is the password for your hosting account.
    Web Site URL
    http://www.example.com
    FTP Site URL
    ftp://example.com
    Host Name
    example.com

    Thanks,
    Diana

Can you post a screen shot of what your godaddy domain page file/folders look like so we can see where the files have ended up?

They are not in your domain root otherwise something would show up when the domain is entered via http.

I don't see your screenshot but I did find your files after entering a default page name http://www.springhollowgifts.com/index.html

You may want to set the priority order and move index.html up to the top of the list.

After that I would suggest that you remove/delete everything from your hosting account, clean up your local fusion files (as outlined in the link in a previous answer) and do a full site generation.
