I am trying to connect from NOF11 to MYSQL, running on localhost using XAMPP.
I can connect to MYSQL directly from a PHP file without any problems - reading records, creating tables etc. However I have spent several unsuccessful hours trying to do so from NOF. I've tried the user guide but can not fathom why it won't hook up.

Any suggestions welcome
