NOF 8 Double HomePage posted

I have been using NOF for years and have updated/changed templates before, but never had this issue pop up. When you access my site online - auctiontx.com - you first see parts of my old "home" page instead of the new web page. Then when you toggle inside the new site and go back to the "home" page it is the new one. What could be making this happen? I did notice that the old "home" page shows www.auctiontx.com/index.html in the address line and the new "home" page shows www.auctiontx.com/home.html. How can I fix this problem! Your help would be greatly appreciated!
