Default saving a style or css in newer version from version 4

I need to save the entire style that a site was created in Fusion version 4. Can someone tell me how and what to transfer from the site subfolders to the new site subfolders in the new version I will be using to create the site. I understand that I cannot convert directly from version 4 to a newer version so I will need to recreate the entire site but must use the buttons, banners and text defaults with the version 4 style that is now assigned to the site. Please if anyone can tell me what I need to transfer and where. Thank you so much. Mika

Have a look at this tutorial by gotfusion:

You didn´t mention which version you want to use now.
If it´s the current version NOF11, you cannot import a template from NOF4 straight into NOF11.
If you are migrating from NOF4 you must first import your site into version 7.5/ Essentials, then export from version 7.5 before importing into the current version.

All the support inquiries say that from Fusion 4 you must rebuild and that Fusion MX or version 6 is the first version that has the function which prepares the site for transfer to another version. If there is in fact a way to convert from Fusion 4 to Essentials, which I have please please let me know and I will read and make this work. Thank you for your insight and pointing me to the information I need.

This tutorial will go over migrating sites from older version of the product http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=2

You "may" need to delete and replace all of the old version 4 components once the site is migrated to the newer version as they may not be compatible with the newer version but you should be able to migrate your site from version 4 to version 7.5 (which is Fusion Essentials) without too much difficulty.

By using this method your original version 4 site remains unchanged and you can still work with it in Fusion 4. You will be exporting a template of your project which will be used to create a new project in the newer version.

To migrate a site from NOF4 to version 7,5 is no problem at all.
I did this procedure in former times quite often.

The only difference is: The template in NOF4 is created as .nft file.
In later versions NOF creates a .zip file.

But the procedure of importing your site into NOF 7,5 is just the same as described in the tutorial above.
