Is there a way to add a component to a website to track how many people visit the site and a 'ratings' button?

Your web host should provide statistics on your domain. I provide 2 different statics programs for my hosting clients (AWM Stats and Smarter Stats Enterprise). Ask your web host what they have available for your domain. You will find that commercial statics software can give you some very valuable information on your web site's performance.

Fusion 11 has a google analytics feature built into it. It won't give you a user rating but will tell you the # of visitors and what they looked at.
