Default Sudden Problem and I need help

I have been using netobjects fusion 8 for several years without problems. Suddenly today, when I publish, I get a message saying:
Error sending the file C:\Program Files\NetObjects Fusion 8\User Sites\The Racing Spectator Official Site\Styles\Glasgow-Aqua & Orange\Images\Background.gif to the server

I have refreshed etc but nothing. Checked for viruses etc but nothing. Only this one site is doing this. The other 16 are fine. This one is critical that I update. Can someone please help me

You can try toggling passive mode on/off.

Can you upload from your local publish folder to your host using a 3rd party FTP program? This would eliminate the host as the problem. If you cannot upload using a 3rd party ftp program you will need to contact your web host.

    Whoops......

Here is a tutorial that will go over where Fusion keeps your files

Try using a 3rd party FTP program. You can download a 30 day trial of cute FTP pro

If you cannot upload with any software, then you need to talk to your web host.

Just as a suggestion, if you do need an external FTP program, try http://filezilla-project.org/ because it's fully featured and genuinely free.

Could you be out of space in the hosting account?

If neither passive or port modes work, it could be a space issue or too many files.

Could possibly be a firewall issue if all your sites are a problem now.
